A wheelchair-bound woman was attacked in her home north of Brisbane yesterday afternoon, police say.
The 55-year-old woman was pushed from her wheelchair and assaulted by a group of four people who broke into her home in Sheaves Road, Kallangur, about 3pm.
Police said the woman did not sustain injuries during the assault.
The two men and two women stole various items before fleeing.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
One man is described as Caucasian in appearance, aged in his mid 20s, about 167 centimetres tall, with a slim build. He was wearing a dark coloured hoodie and black sandshoes.
The second man is described as Aboriginal in appearance, about 170 centimetres tall with a proportionate build and curly black hair. He was wearing a dark hoodie and black sandshoes.
There are no descriptions of the female offenders.
