Emmeret Long, who has Cerebral Palsy, was attacked on a Sacramento street.
A wheelchair bound Sacramento man is recovering after being attacked on a busy downtown street.
Emmeret Long says he was riding along K Street when a woman started yelling at him. Then, she hit him in the head.
Long tried to run her over with his wheelchair, but that didn't work. He says that's when she stepped up the attack.
Long had to be treated at a hospital and went home with three stitches.
Police arrested 29 year-old Yasmeen Pugh. She will be charged with assault and elderly abuse.
