21 yr old female with disabilities was assaulted by store manager while working at our Tom Thumb on Garden Ridge. She was a long time employee. Tom Thumb fired middle aged manager the next day but since then, nothing. Police came too. It is incomprehensible that this store thinks she should just come back to work here like nothing happened. They also said she left willingly due to she didn't "pre plan off"HOW do you "plan" time off from an assault??
